GradeCheck formats the “summary class list” from the Interact page so that end-of-semester grades may be easily checked against an Excel spreadsheet. (awk script)
LabSections formats the lab sections for a course from the Wilkes class-schedule, so the sections, CRNs, meeting times, room numbers, and instructor names may be easily pasted into an MSWD table.
email lists.awk: Extracts a list of e-mail addresses suitable for a sendmail alias file from Rosters’ Tabbed Data window.
PIN formats student registration-PIN numbers. It converts the contents of the “Advisee PIN” page of the Rosters site to a list of PINs and student names with 1″ linespacing, for easy cutting and distribution to students.
ClassesTaught queries the Registrar’s list of classes to produce a list of course sections taught by a given faculty member, for a range of semesters. Useful for DPC Report authors and TAP members.
Old-Letterhead:
A similar letter-template for printing on the Wilkes
Letterhead with the blue and orange “Flying W” logo. With
toggling of appropriate comments, this can also produce the
letterhead itself (for printing on plain paper or generating a
letterhead-pdf) or produce a “fax to:” box on the letterhead.
Requires
FlyingW.tex
to generate the masthead.
(PDF examples:
plain,
with masthead,
with fax-box.)
Envelope:
A business-envelope template that will print on various
incarnations of Wilkes envelopes.
(Requires the textpos package.)
Pharmacy Recommendation form:
A recommendation form for pharmacy school applications, with
textblocks to place the paragraphs in the right places of
the form. Can also produce a file-copy with normal layout.
(Requires the textpos package)
(pdf)
Overload Time Effort form:
Faculty time-sheet for mentoring grants. Much easier to
use than the MSWD table of the official form, and tallies the hours
automatically.
